Read before you leap.
I know these dates will work out just fine but I wish I had taken the time to query the Amazon website more carefully since I really prefer the chopped dates which I use to bake Date Muffins. Yes, yes I can chop the dates I purchased and will do so as required. I know this is a quality product but I blame myself for not reading the description more thoroughly.

These dates were horrible. Most were hard as wood on the inside and totally inedible. I ended up throwing them all away.
