HOTON 87W USB C Power Adapter charger for Apple Macbook Pro 15 Inch Laptop, with USB-C to USB-C Cable

Complete fraud. If you check the “About This Mac” section of OS X, it will tell you what your power adapter is rated at. My original Apple adapter is rated at 87 Watts. This one is rated at 60 Watts. The seller is rebadging 60 Watt adapters as 87 Watt. DO NOT BUY.

Seems to charge OK, but it's very light weight compared to the official charger from Apple. I know it's probably just a mental thing, but I equate weight with quality and durability. Especially when comparing against an OEM product from Apple. It just feels cheap. We'll see how it lasts though!

While they do charge the 2017 MBP, when a heavy CPU load was applied it will not keep up. In testing and verification, these are only providing 60W, NOT 87W as advertised.Not sure if HOTON is monitoring these but is there a solution to this?From System Information:AC Charger Information: Connected: Yes Wattage (W): 60 Charging: No

They work exactly as expected. They charge my laptop with no problems. Unfortunately, I had to return one of them as it stopped working, but no problems doing so.
