After 3 vacuvin marinators (the lid cracks after a while), decided to try a less expensive option, and these did not disappoint. All lids fit the 3 containers, and having the option of 3 size containers, I don't have to use extra marinade when cooking just for 2. Holds the pressure pretty well and the results have been great -tasty meats in record time , never dry grilled chicken breast-. Also used them to store leftovers and they keep much better! The material seems to be more durable than my previous marinator, will update how it compares to the old ones in this regard

I really like the idea of pumping myself to create a seal. However, one of my containers has already lost the ability to seal. This is after only 4 uses. No dirt/food/anything else is obstructing the seal.....most likely the mechanism on the top of the container is releasing the pressure.

These Vacuware containers are fantastic, they are high quality thick tempered containers that seal perfectly. They are very useful for food storage as they really keep food fresh longer, but are especially useful for marinating. I have marinated chicken breasts, chicken wings, thick pork chops, fresh shrimp and beef roasts with super results.

Easy to use and works for lettuce and berries so far.

Holds vacuum really well.
