I have been using Taylor Liquid Test kits for a while because test strips always led me to wasting a lot of chemicals. I was looking for something that I could use everyday just to keep an eye on the quality's direction. This is it. Simple and nice to carry around and quickly check readings. It provides trends and it may not be as accurate as the Taylor Kits, but damn close.

I have had it for one year. It is definitely cheap. pH meters used to cost $100. It comes with a brush and pH calibration powders. It is very convenient to use. As for accuracy, after a year the temp is off by 3F, which is outside the stated accuracy. The salt is off by 330ppm, which is in the stated accuracy, and the pH was off by 0.7, which is a lot. No idea how to fix the temperature reading. After calibrating the pH, the meter accurately reads the correct pH again.
