I think this works very well. You have to use the tool properly and press hard to remove the dirt but the nose strip definitely softens the sebum. I like this a lot better than nose strips and highly recommend.

Loved the gentle three step process. It was so oddly satisfying to see all that gunk come off my nose. My nose felt instantly smooth. Loved the last step to help soothe. I got the Korean packaging too and wasn’t able to read it, but Google translate app worked perfect to help with instructions.

The MEDIHEAL Blackhead Melting Clear Nose Patch gets the job done! I followed all three steps as instructed and was amazed at how much buildup I managed to scrape out of my pores. My skin feels incredibly smooth now, and the dark appearance of my pores has noticeably improved, making my complexion look better overall.However, I did have some trouble with the nose patches from steps one and three—they didn’t adhere to my nose as well as I’d hoped, even though I made sure to dry my nose correctly. This made the process a bit uncomfortable. Despite that, it still removed much buildup, so I’m pleased with the results!

Fun to use. And love what it does. The included spatula works like wonder.

Tried it out and did everything and honestly fell for the TikTok/insta ads. It’s not that great.

I put the pad on for the recommended amount of time, then tried to use the included tool to remove sebum - maybe I just didn't have much to remove, but I didn't see anything come out. I'll try again and leave it on for a longer period of time, but so far, haven't been super-impressed.

I don’t really have a visible blackhead problem on my nose. You know when you look at some people and they have blackheads/pores that are quite noticeable and it gives them the appearance of a “strawberry nose”? Yeah, I don’t have one of those. I applied the first patch, waited 15 minutes, then used the little dual-ended extraction tool and gave it a scrape. There were visible chunks of sloughed off sebum/dead skin cells on the tip of the wand. Convinced that this must just be the ampoule/product from the mask, I proceeded to scrape again… and again… and again. Each time yielding an exorbitant amount of sebum from my little nose. If you like watching Dr. Pimple Popper, then this kit is for you. I’m surprised at the efficacy. Mediheal is one of the most best-selling face mask companies in Korea, and they are known for combining science with medicine to get results, but man am I shocked. I think those who might not have gotten sebum off their nose might not have peeled back the thin transparent membranes that are on both sides of the 1st patch that melts the blackheads. It’s hard to see, and if you don’t know it’s there you’ll most likely slap it on your face and not be able to feel much difference. That’s my tip for y’all! Also, I like how they included 4 extracting tools so you don’t have to re-use the same one. It just feels more hygienic and sterile. There are 4 treatments per box, and I am currently typing this review while I have the 2nd patch on for the next 15 minutes. This one is supposed to soothe your nose after the excavation of sebum is completed. I am both impressed and mortified at the same time.

I love this product. Super easy to use, definitely got a lot out when doing my extractions and really helps minimize my pores for days to come. It’s not sticky, no odor. Getting a lot of components on my skin. already repurchased!
