Love, love, love this book. Immediate impact. Intensely practical.
No spoilers, but the reframes in this book helped me shift several things I couldn't for quite a length of time. Will it stick? Some of it definitely will and that's more than worth multiple times the price of admission. Just buy it.

Succinct and makes you think
Very good. I've read a few self-help books in my time, but this one, from someone who has been there, done that, and, to me, a real success story, is excellent. Scott strips away the noise and fluff and gets to the point with over 150 reframes (rethinking and remodelling convention) in ways that you can't finish the book in one or a few sittings. You have to keep stopping and thinking and each reframe spurs a new school of thought. Straightaway I can see where and why I've gone wrong, and gone wrong so often. The last book to really make me think was the Chimp Paradox - its central message is awesome but this book covers so much more. Thank you Mr Adams for your precious insights.

Some interesting ideas. Worth buying
There are some useful ideas here: for instance, *imagine you just popped into existence this morning*. That made me take a fresh look at my life. I began a list. Next week I will start making some changes. The book isn't as good, in my view, as some of Mr Adam's other work. His observation in a previous book, for example, that as you are paid in return for undergoing unpleasantness, making your work more enjoyable equates to a pay rise, is priceless. Nevertheless, if you follow the principle that a single useful idea in a book under £10 or so is worth it, this book is worth reading.

Simple, effective, amusing, a must read
Simple but profound. One of the reframes helped me immediately and another helped a friend with knotty problem. Just great. Lots more in here that I'll use.
