There are lots of digital pill timers out there, but those require batteries and can be complicated to configure. In contrast, this will never need batteries and is simple and reliable as can be. Just get into the habit of changing it before you take your pills, so you know it's always accurate.The only issue I had was finding the right-sized pill bottle to attach it to - best is a medium-diameter pill bottle, like 1.5" diameter.

This item is perfect for those who frequently forget to take their medication or second quess if they took it, and if you have a medication that is critical for you take, or dangerous if taken twice, this is the PERFECT solution so long as you rememeber to actually take it because every once in a while we do tend to forget (and im 34 yrs old lol)

6/20/26 Update - this has helped so much that I just bought a second one for a new medication I’m taking. It’s a great items that helps keep track so I don’t over miss doses or take too much.I’m very happy with this. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require batteries. Four stars instead of five because:- the strap is only long enough to go around a small pill model from a pharmacy, not the larger ones and definitely not big enough for a Tylenol bottle.- the time is hours only. There’s no setting for minutes. I’m making it work but it would be easier if they even added something for a quarter hour increments (e.g. 8:15, 8:30, 8:45).

This single bottle pill-minder is a clever concept that can be used with a variety of prescription bottles. Preferably ones that are bigger. The overall diameter of the dial could be reduced a little bit in order to allow for easier removal of the cap. That's my only criticism. The rubber strap, while somewhat crude, does the job and should work with the majority of standard medication bottles. The use of the dials is simple and they stay secure enough that won't rotate alone even if bumped around or squeezed in a purse or bag full of stuff. No batteries required. Just your fingers when you reach for the bottle and take your medicine.

I have a dog that requires eye drops 3 time a day. This does help me keep track of the last application, so on really busy days I have a backup to remember the time of the last application. I recommend it if you take medications multiple times a day. Worth the money.

Find this very useful! Don’t have to try to remember when and if I took meds.Would love to see more with varying dial diameters and strap sizes to suit varying poll bottle sizes.

I take lots of meds and for different reasons I didn't want a digital pill cover. Anyway, this is most useful as it helps me keep track of which meds I took and which I didn't. I love that it's easy to put on. Only thing I wish is that the straps were a little longer for meds in bigger bottles.
