Works great and very convenient
This was really easy to mount on my hiboy electric scooter. Since I like to ride it the two miles to the grocery store when I just need a few things, it's very convenient to have a lock like this. It works just like it says in the listing. You push the tab to pull it out, turn the wheels to your combination open it up and put it around your scooter and something that won't move. I totally realize that this is not a super secure lock. It's only four digits and I'm sure it's easily defeatable by a skilled thief or picker. But just the fact that it's on there isn't big enough to turn it for 99% of the time if you're just going to be away from it for a short period of time. I would not use this type of a lock for any type of a risky environment. But it works great and I think it would work fine for someone that used their scooter to ride to school or work also. I just like the fact that I don't have to remember to bring it when I go somewhere on my scooter and that it has a designated storage spot so I don't have to figure out where to put it.

Broke after 6 uses!!
Thought this lock was perfect for my scooter. Able to set my own code and when I locked my scooter up at work, the lock broke. I could not get the lock open or fully closed, my scooter was stuck to the bike rack. Had to have someone come and pry the lock off so I could get home. I purchased this two months ago, so Iām out of the return window. Do not recommend this lock!!

Missing a part
The central rubber part for attaching to the handlebars was missing. Too loose to apply to the scooter.

This is a great lock, just donāt leave it open
I love this lock, it is strong, seriousā¦. It means business. I used it onceā¦. Unlocked it and stupidly left it separated and open and it got moved around and now itās stuck on my scooter and I canāt open it. But it is a good lock you have to be careful!
