They've already agreed to ship a new one, so I'll post back again once it get here.First, I want to qualify my complaint, because IN GENERAL, the material quality and construction of these bands are tangibly excellent. I've never seen resistance bands that feel this sturdy and durable in the hand.HOWEVER, I did have the smallest band (the yellow) snap on me while working out. I was using it together with another band for some hypertrophy, and it wasn't even stretched as much as usual. It really makes me think it was a tiny anomalous, invisible defect, because everything else I've done with these matches all the rave reviews.And I definitely want to give it another shot. So yeah, as long as they stand behind their product, this is otherwise a 5-star review.

It has been some time since I was able to do an unassisted pullup. I can use a chair but it is wobbly and you can't be sure you are providing the same support each time you do the pullup. How close is the chair, how much leg are you putting into it. I have tried other pullup assist tools but none of them allowed me to do a pullup. I bought the complete set of bands here. Using the top two bands at the same time (Black and blue) I am able to do pullups and am currently up to about 6. I feel I can decrease the bands over time to get myself up to unassisted. I am about 210lbs and the bands support me without trouble. Very satisfied.

Good quality resistance bands are hard to find right now and I only needed 2 lighter resistance bands but I bought the set and Im so glad I did. These bands have a gloss on them that will probably slow the usual oxidation that occurs and they feel very robust and are really tight out of the package. They have a straight, even pull. Because I bought the entire set I am able to do a greater variety of excercises to fatigue. Its important to learn the excercises and do them correctly so give yourself some time, look over instruction material on-line or watch youtube videos but be patient and you will have great work outs.

Just got these bands and super impressed. The design is definitely an eye catcher. I love how sturdy and well made they are. All of the bands seem very easy to use and are being broken into well with being able to stretch. These are definitely a game changer to my at-home workouts sessions and super excited to have these added to my repertoire.My only issue is the red band(I understand is the heaviest band) just doesn't seem to stretch as well as I was expecting. Im hoping I just need to break the red one in more for it to be a little more functional.

I love the layered construction of the resistance bands. I was looking for layered resistance bands, and not molded resistance bands. I received four resistance bands and that is more than enough to have a full body workout, as I mainly use only two resistance bands. The resistance bands are capable of providing numerous exercises. I believe these bands will last a long time with proper care. The construction of it is above expectations. I have recommended these bands to other people and they are happy with them as well.

I like the bands so far (1 week in). They seem very durable and the quality seems better than other bands I've purchased. I have mostly used them to add linear variable resistance to barbell exercises, although I've also experimented with doing bicep curls and pushups with them at the end of workouts. I went with these specifically because they are layered and I wanted to reduce the likelihood of the band snapping in the middle of an exercise. (Most of the other band brands on Amazon don't state that they are layered.)

Let me say this I LOVE IT. I’m new to this resistance bands and knowing there’s manny out there in the market , I was iffy about choosing different brands and their issues. I am glad I made the right decision. Here is why 1. They are double layered and strong enough not to tear up. I weight 185LB and holds my weight up for the pull up style. 2. They don’t smell like rubberish smell . 3. Comes with a bag aswell. Over all the product is great. I just received my power bands and they’re amazing! The smallest one is perfect for stretching my pecs and shoulders before lifting and I will be using the others for a variety of exercises like adductor/abductors, glutes, tricep extensions, band assisted ab rollouts and band assisted pull-ups. I have an anterior impingement in my left hip and the largest band is great for my PT exercises. I just got them, but I am excited to get stronger and these bands are exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason for the 4 star is because of a limited trial. 6 weeks is not enough for me to give a full 5 but from my experience so far I expect to continue to enjoy using this product. I will revisit after 6 months and update if I am still happy with it.I picked up a set of your power bands of Amazon.ca around early January time frame. Got them to help rehab a shoulder injury from lifting and for some corrective posture exercises. I took some time to read reviews and go over the different companies and it seemed that overall you guys had the edge and when the bands finally came it was clear that you did.The feel of the bands was much beefier than bands I had used at gyms and physio. It gave a sense of confidence and trust in the quality of the product that it was not likely to snap. I’ve had concerns in the past and actually did have a band snap on me once, so it was reassuring for sure to have that quality feeling when picking up your product and using it for the first time. I used it regularly for the last month and a half and have really enjoyed it. I am looking at ordering another set so that I can start doing banded squats, benches and push presses. I do have some bands but due to the sub-par quality I never bothered to go forward and purchase another set. The time using your gear and durable feel to it has given me the confidence to go ahead and buy another set so that I can expand the type of exercises I can do.

I am recovering from a Motor Vehicle Accident and herniated disc. When the insurance company let me purchase better equipment to aid with rehabilitation I wanted only the best. I bought the Bionic Flex Power Bands.Now I am confident in my recovery. The bands' quality is unmatched by Big Box brands. It provides true resistance. A resistance that challenges but does not set me back. I would highly recommend even to my Physiotherapist.

I love that these are a solid band with no connection points. I was always nervous about my old bands snapping at the handle connection points (and metal connections flying). We were pleasantly surprised, and pleased, with the strength of these bands.

These are good bands, but you may need a lighter strength for physiotherapy. Bought them to replace a physiotherapy band I had that was breaking. These are better quality than the band I had previously. I bought this kit with the use for strength training in the future. I find that the weakest band may be a bit too much for certain physiotherapy exercises that I need.

I bought these to assist me with my pull ups and they are amazing!! No worries about them breaking you can feel the difference from other bands.
