Phoenix 42" Matt White Ceiling Fan With Remote

This fan was straightforward to fit, looks great and is silent even at top speed. However the blades are hardly angled so no down draft is created, so you don’t get that lovely breeze you’d expect (blades yes are going in right direction!). Maybe in a larger room it would be more effective, but in our conservatory it is not.

We'd had experience of Fantasia fans when we stayed at a friend's place. We were very impressed at the time with how quiet and efficient it was.It was on the strength of this that we bought our own Fantasia.Installation was fairly straightforward - following the instruction booklet, the job took a few hours (most of that spent modifying an old oak beam to accommodate the mounting bracket).We are very happy with our purchase and the fan is currently in use every night and we are benefitting from a more comfortable night's sleep.

Delighted with the quality of this ceiling fan. So quiet when in operation. Our electrician was particularly impressed and said he had never before fitted a fan of this quality. Comes with remote to operate the light and fan (3 speeds). The light can be dimmed. Looking forward to a warm summer next year when we can get the benefit of this fan. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

This is the second Fantasia fan we have bought. Our first one finally gave up the ghost after 8 years as the internal remote mechanism failed, and we were unable to source a replacement. This fan is excellent as it is virtually silent and it is for our bedroom. The remote control enables you to change the speed and turn on the light without getting out of bed. Excellent.

Quite tricky to put together need a electrician with patienceGood and effective when finished
