Works so well I bought a second one.

EDIT 2/9/24: Still no response from warranty inquiry. Avoid!Bought in early November 2023. It’s two months old.Pros: inexpensive, easy setup, WIRELESS CARPLAY!Complaints: Two second lag, intermittently doesn’t connect to phones Bluetooth at all, and just stopped broadcasting Bluetooth completely yesterday. It appears to be defective or it burned out after 60 days. I’ve reached out to the seller about the warranty. Awaiting response.Save your money. Put it towards a more reliable product.

Plug and play, works great

I was recommended this by an employee at a car dealership. The first few weeks, I was very impressed with it. However, ever since I have had terrible issues with connecting. Every time I start my car, I have to go back in to setting - Bluetooth. Forget the device, reconnect and pair, allow access to contacts and then it works. It connects to my husbands phone with no issues and this doesn’t happen to him. This is very frustrating to do every time I get in my car.Another issue is the GPS through Apple Maps is not reliable. If you’re using the maps to get somewhere, I wouldn’t recommend this. If I need directions, I have to go “old school” and hook up via my phone charger cord.I haven’t noticed any issues with sound other than there is a lag when changing songs or if you’re scrolling through videos on your phone.

It’s good but not perfect. I have a 2024 Honda civic and I can’t just plug in the stick i have to use the usb cord. I think that’s a car thing not a product thing. Anyways it’s not great because if i hit a bump or my husband bumps it by putting something in that cubby that has the usb connection it turns off. So i lose my maps which is terrifying if I’m not familiar with where i am at that moment and i lose my music. Music being disconnected not a big deal but is annoying. Maps being lost is not okay in the slightest. It connects back within a minute or two which is why it’s still a good product. For the price thought id say pretty good! It is small and set up is easy easy!

The media could not be loaded. The adapter connected easily to my Ford Maverick. I’ve been using it for about a month and I’ve only had to reconnect it to CarPlay once. With that one exception, it has connected flawlessly and quickly. It takes less than ten seconds from the time I start the truck until the CarPlay is up and running. I like this so much better than connecting with a cable. My iPhone doesn’t have to leave my pocket unless I want to charge it in the vehicle. If you use your phone for navigation and music, this is a must have.

I seen great reviews which prompted me to buy this product.. upon receiving I tried to set it up and it was much harder than expected. I could never get it to connect and the instructions were not very clear. The website it sends you to would not load therefore I could never connect it. I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe the updated version is easier.

Once you have wireless carplay you won't want to live without it. Works perfectly. Phone connects automatically every time I start my truck and is just as responsive as wired carplay. No issues at all streaming music or using maps for navigation. Worth every penny.
