yes mein was. I also bought a ford key for my new car which has 2 chips in it. on for engine and cpu and the other for central locking. The keys can be mapped by locksmith and the other by a local mechanic. both take minutes to do. total cost for key lock and mapping £ 50. Buy from main dealer is around £145. to £180 on most cars except for high value cars.
