Excellent Heavy Duty great quality stapler. I am a CPA & purchased it for use in my business for my client's larger tax returns & documents. With so many optional use staples depending on how many pages are being stapled (2 pages to 200 pages, I love it. Smooth operation. It is not bulky. Highly recommended product.

Horrible product
This product is the worst. First of all it came all scratched and in very poor appearance. There were scratches all over. The plastic looked used. Some attachments were just poorly glued on. The glue was so obvious and poorly applied. Then I began to try it for the first time and the staples jammed immediately after the first use. They kept jamming after each stapling. I changed the staples thinking it might be that but no it kept doing it with other staples I put. It literally jams after each stapling. I had to pound on it to release the staples. This product is just horrible. I am extremely disappointed.

Sturdy Stapler
We have used this a couple of times for stapling large booklets or documents when a regular stapler would not work. It's nice to have on hand. This one seems pretty solid and should last awhile. It is easy to use and put staples in, although I did save the directions because you never know in a couple of years!
