LOVE this pan and rack set. The rack is very sturdy. The pan very highly polished. Both are VERY easy to clean. I became worried about that after I baked some marinated tofu slices the other day. I poured the extra marinade onto them and baked until they were pretty crisp. When I removed them, there was a lot of carmelized marinade on both the pan and rack. I cook and my husband cleans the dishes and pans, so I felt a little bad for him and very sad that my shiny new baking pan was going to look "old" from being scrubbed hard. It had been recently purchased to replace the baking pan that came with our toaster oven after it became a hopelessly carmelized mess. I was surprised and SO happy that night to see this new set back in our toaster oven looking like brand new!! After a little soaking in water, he said they cleaned right up, still shiny as ever! Of course, he has become an expert at cleaning my cooking messes and knows not to scrub anything too hard, and he only uses baking soda with a Pampered Chef plastic scraping tool (after soaking in water) on the worst cases. Maintaining the polished, mirror finish on the pan will be essential to keeping it so easy to clean. I've used it many times now, and it also doesn't warp like our original plan did. Just wish it was an inch bigger, but really, I am completely satisfied!

I ordered this grilling rack and pan combination to use in my toaster oven--and it works absolutely perfectly, and cleanup is incredibly easy! WOW! I had a theory that I could use the grill pan to make grilled cheese sandwiches in a relatively healthy manner. I first toasted my bread (sourdough) and then put a slice of bread onto the grill, laid some sliced cheese on the bread, and put it into the toaster to melt the cheese. VERY easy and tasty. To dress it up, the next time I spooned some pesto over the top of the cheese before melting it, and what a boost in flavor! Next time I might try putting a little pesto on the toast before putting the cheese on the toast; hopefully if it is just a little pesto, it won't make the toast soggy, and will help distribute the flavor on the toast a bit better. Cooking is always a fun experiment for me! And having top quality tools makes it easier to create new dishes.

Needed a small baking sheet that wouldn't warp for use in my Breville Mini Smart Oven as it didn't include one with purchase. Didn't want a cheap metal tray that would warp with high heat, and luckily this doesn't warp with 400 degree use. The bonus is the rack that allow for more even heat distribution. Quality is good enough and easy to clean. The only downside is that the rack slowly marks and wears away where the four points touch the baking sheet. That said, this seems to be one of the better small baking sheets that should fit most toaster ovens. Anything cheaper will probably warp.

I'm not going to repeat all of the other 5 star reviews here. I want to address the complaints by some that this pan warps in a hot oven. My Breville oven goes up to 450 deg F. I have used this pan several times in my oven at maximum temperature for up to one hour. It did NOT warp at all. Both the wire rack and pan are very well made, heavy gauge and sturdy. I did not try this pan under the broiler as this is not a broiler pan. My Breville came with a steel enameled broiler pan specifically made for broiling. I do understand that any product can have a defect in manufacturing slip through. As a long time cook, I know a quality baking pan when I see one, It's obvious to me that pride and great care went into the manufacturing. This pan and rack exceeded all of my expectations. As long as this pan is used as it was intended, I can assure buyers that they will be well pleased. Excellent value and great quality.

We have a fairly-new toaster oven. After a few weeks of use I realized that we had no baking sheets that would fit the small internal dimensions. This product works perfectly. We may not use the fitted rack (don't do any broiling), but there may well be occasions when it will come in handy. The pan itself has a mirror-smooth finish. Very nice!

I finally got around to using this the other day in my Breville smart oven 400 degrees and the corner warped up on the right front side. So disappointed. After the pan cooled it went back to shape. Not helpful. Need to find one that works better.
