Berberine

I have never taken Berberine before, but decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did. It has helped me manage my blood sugar and lose weight (The Weight Loss Claim is NOT verified via Blood Work yet, but will confirm in a month). I've only been taking this supplement for 5 days, so I have not had a chance to measure results via blood work. Pros: -Cost Effective (good value). -Large bottle and ALL pills were present (I always count EACH pill in the supplements I get from Amazon). -Smell and look are on point with what you'd expect in a Berberine supplement. -No Negative side effects. Cons: -None yet. I like to verify quality and results via Blood work, but haven't had the chance to do so with this one. Will update this review in a month with solid facts based on the results of my next screening.

This has been effective in helping me reduce my LDL level. I quit taking it for 6 months to see if there was an impact, and my LDL was up again. Needless to say, I'm back to taking it regularly.

It came on time, and was the proper product, properly delivered. I haven't had any side effects I've noticed. No idea if it's helping me or not at this point. My blood sugars do seem to be a bit more stable, and I've lost a little weight, but that's possibly affected by other factors as well. But if you know this is what you want, this is a good price and no issues with the product.

So far so good along with diet and exercise my A1c went from 5.9 to 5.4 in three months.
