Very detailed columns that look great!
The discs are simply cardboard discs with a metallic looking top on them. They function well and will hold up to the load of your cake. The columns are perfect replicas of a real sized column. They do not show any little flaws from manufacturing that you sometimes get with items when companies try to miniaturize them. They are good sized for a cake, but I would assume anyone looking at this would know from the product details. The columns are well balanced and provide decent support so that you aren't worried about the stability of your cake. Overall, this is a good set.
