I dermaroll every week, and recently went from .50mm to .75mm. All rollers are not created equal and the .75mm can only be used once every 3-4 weeks. The .75 was also harder to roll with and I missed the ritualistic nature of the weekly roll, so switched back to this one. It's a nice roller and it rolls smoothly. I usually wash my face with neutrogena grapefruit cleanser, clean with garnier micellar water and the roll, splitting my face into 5 sections to make sure i dont miss any part of my face.After this I put retinol serum on, eye gel, aloe Vera gel (from the fridge - this helps to cool my skin down) and then a Korean face mask straight from the fridge. I put cling film over the mask (put air holes in or you will die of suffocation) and leave it for 30 minutes then take the cling film off and use a jade roller on the mask and let it air dry. I then moisturise with neutrogena comfort balm and rose facial oil. The dermarolling is an essential part of my routine and my skins never looked better, I'm 45 and I haven't always been this kind to my skin. Dont try to steam the roller like i have done it the past..it will rust!

I had initially purchased this Derma Roller after doing some research online and reading that it is meant to be good for fine lines.In my experience I did not see any improvements with my fine lines, although it is a very delicate area around the eyes and I was not using it too aggressively.I decided to try it on a few pimples that had appeared which made my face look quite red at first, and superficially made the spots look more prominent.I continued using the derma roller every night for a couple of minutes and I concentrated on the problem areas with spots. I went over them back and forth a few times: Horizontally, vertically, then making an X shape.I pressed quite firmly so it was just enough to puncture the skin, forcing it to heal and renew. This roller isn't painful to use as the neddles are so fine.A got few pin pricks of blood where I was pressing quite hard near the spots but I wanted to wound the skin slightly for it to have an effect and recover faster.By the 4th day of use my spots were already starting to dry up and improve and after one week they looked completely flat and the skin was starting to flake off.I was really impressed with how this Derma Roller quickly helped to elimate my skin flare ups on various parts of the body, as usually they would continue getting worse over a few weeks.I know that there are different sized needles of rollers, but I will continue purchasing this one as it is particularly effective in helping my skin problems.I use it at the first sight of a spot appearing, but I never use it on infected or broken skin. I always wash the roller in hot water after use, then leave it to dry.My Derma Roller has lasted much longer than the average time frame. The needles are still very sharp and I continue to get great results from it. Every individual will be different depending on the frequency, and area of use.I am Incredibly happy with my purchase.

Good product, only complain was that the gold pain comes off if you spray a disinfectant directly on it but otherwise all good. Noticed smaller pores

Really helps with acne scarring! Been using for about 2 weeks and has been fading my scars quicker than any other methods I’ve used! Although the product was a little squeaky when rolling - it works all the same.

Face feel much more plump after this treatment. (Along with a hylaronic avid). I also used on neck and chest has have fine lines for my age but the skin must be more sensitive on chest as I broke into a rash for 5 days.... will not use again on chest but continue to use weekly on face

Quality's quite good, this is my 2nd derma roller, but it makes squeaky sounds and is quite annoying
