10/10 back brace. I have a herniated disc and this helps keep me mobile. Have purchased multiple over the years as they do lose quality over a long amount of time and would gladly buy another.

I've been struggling for a long time with an injured psoas and one hip that was rotated out too far causing my hips to turn away from my ribcage. When I first got this I thought at most I would get some lumbar support for that psoas muscle but this is also helping with my hips! When it's on my hips struggle to rotate away from my torso. I especially put it on while laying down on my side leaving the bad hip up. And try my best to keep the top hip from rotating out. Relaxing into it while laying down in this neutral stance is already correcting the overall muscle stance. I feel immense relief even after one day !
