Works well for the purpose
It takes some practice to get it right, but good adhesion. I ended up putting foil over an iron -- sped up the process and kept any extra adhesive off the iron. . Get the cutter to go with it. Looked good and easy to use sealer over it.

Works Great
I was a lot apprehensive about using this but it was about my only choice. Apprehension was not about the product but my ability to apply it. Not only was it easy but it took the stain and I now have a completed project. Will not hesitate to use this again.

Very nice edge banding, with one caveat
I used this edge banding on a project and worked out fairly well. The birch wood grain is very nice and matches my plywood pretty much exactly. The glue adhered well once ironed on. The one flaw of this banding is that it doesn't absorb wood stain easily or evenly. First, I tried applying a polycrylic clear coat to a sample piece to see if it would match my plywood that had been treated the same. The edge banding was much, much lighter than the plywood--pretty much the same pale color as it looks before the clear coat. By contrast, my plywood deepens to a darker, warmer yellow. So, on another piece I tried applying a very light stain to match (the Minwax "Natural 209"). This did very little. So, to another piece I tried using a darker stain (Varathane "Golden Pecan"), which matched the plywood very well after about three coats. However, the stain was absorbed by the edge banding very unevenly across the length. Some parts of the edge banding absorbed the stain easily while other parts remain relatively unstained. Ultimately, it gave the edges a somewhat blotchy appearance that I'm a little dissatisfied with. This is not a prefinished edge banding, so I'm not sure what's up. I you decide to go with this product, I suggest testing out samples first to make sure that it matches your plywood, before adhering it to your project.

A product that works as it should
After building a router table, I wanted to put a finishing touch on the plywood edging of the table top. The table has radius corners. (see picture). The plywood was Baltic Birch with two 3/4" sheets laminated together. I ordered the Birch edging in 1 1/2" size.Others have mentioned that their rolls weren't continuous, but rather segmented pieces. The roll I received was one solid piece. For installation others mentioned wood gluing it in place. I decided to iron it on per the instructions. The trick seems to be to iron about 8" at a time and then taking a wood block and rub it down flat as you go so the edging and glue makes good contact. The iron was set on a "cotton" setting and moved continuously so it didn't burn the wood. The results were amazing and actually quite simple to accomplish. The edging also took stain well too. (see picture).Anyway, the results speak for themselves.Hope this helps you.

Numerous splices
The product looks nice and adheres well. My real issue is that there were six splices in the 25 foot length. Luckily I didn't need all 25 feet and was able to find enough unspliced parts to make it work, but I would be far more unhappy If I would have needed to have a splice show in a critical location. These splices will show up prominently once stained.

Really good quality
My first time using edge banding. It was easy to adhere and looks just like I hoped it would.

Great way to finish my project
Goes on easy with a hot iron and easy to trim the excess.
