FIRST time using resin
I was a bit worried as I read most of the bad reviews and it sounded like a 50/50 for if this was gonna be good, it took some time to fully mix but it was rlly easy and u can clearly see when it is mixed. I was worried abut the cloudiness but it disappeared once I mixed each part and cured very well, in around 7-8 hours, any bubbles left were from my impatience but would have gone if I spent more time on it, I recommend mixing slowly, and if you don't, bubbles will form but they rise quickly so its not much of a issue,.. Ik it looks like there are different volumes in the bottles but that is not the case, one bottle was suctioned and pushed the resin up, once opened it became level..the end results are of all my tests, I will do a update review when I used all the product.

It simply doesn’t work.
My first attempt at poring resin with this product resulted in a surface with fine lines and dull blemishes. I figured as I had poured it in a cool environment (17’C) it was the result of curing at such low temperature. I did another pour at 21’C and this was the same. It was curing faster on the surface and causing it to crack. I tried a mould that I underfilled and this came out ok as there was no surface tension. So I tried once more pouring over some claybord. This turned out exactly the same with surface lines and blemishes. I resorted to pouring some art resin as a top coat which worked perfectly. So it is cheap resin and you are just wasting money.

This was one of the best
I did have some hits and misses but this seemed to be one of the better ones. The answer seems to be it needs a warm place for it to set. This weather would be ideal I reckon. I made some really nice items after a few not so good, because originally I kept in my damp bathroom to set which was not a good idea. It really is trial and error at the beginning. If you have an old type lamp that gets warm to place the molds under, which I have, that works really well. Hope this helps.

Clear as Glass, Easy to Work With, but Let it Cure for a While!
The bottle says the demold time is 4 hours, but when I demolded at four, it was extremely soft, like deforming under its own weight soft. However, demolding at 24 hours gives excellent results! Why not say to wait 24 hours?Despite the high demold time, it does have a really short work time. Be sure you have everything set to race to getting the resin in your molds once you combine the parts. After about 5 minutes, it gets so thick it's difficult to work with. By 10, you can forget it.However, once you ignore the instructions in the poorly translated booklet, this is a truly excellent resin. These dice, pressurized at 40psi, came out completely and totally clear. The short work time might cause problems if you don't have a pressure pot, though. Bubbles will get trapped as you stir like a mad man to beat the timer. If you're curious what mold I used in my example pour, it's from Druid Dice on Etsy.TL;DR, work time of 10 minutes, demold time of 24 hours pressurized, beautiful results.

Doesnt cure
Edit: they sent me a new one. Hopefully it cures. But im leaving 5 stars because even if it doesn’t work at least they tried. I may update when i try it.This is the worst product imaginable. I mixed it perfectly. And it wouldnt cure. Ruined my molds in the process. I cant even return it because its an open chemical.

Read up first. Start slow.
First time I ever used epoxy. This experience resulted in great achievements and some disasters. Mixed 1 oz of a and b for five minutes. Stuff was sort of creamy after mixing. I painted it on 8 wood bottle stoppers, a wood tray and some scraps of wood using a sponge brushI put the coated pieces under an inverted styrofoam picnic container with a 60 w. bulb to provide heat. All pieces were rock hard after about 4 hours. Here are the result and observations. 4 caps looked great. 4 caps were a mess with large globs of epoxy on or running off. The platter was a disaster! Globs of high and low waves of epoxy. The coaster sample chips ranged from horrible to great. What I learned: use thin coats. Thick coats harden in blobs if they don’t run off. I had a beautiful piece of epoxy left in the bottom of the mixing cup- guess it would be great for a mold butnot as a coating.Read a lot of other stuff about working with 2 part epoxy - fascinating stuff and looking forward to trying to do other projects with it.WARNIIG : Do trial pieces first !!! Almost impossible to correct mistakes. If you spent a day or week making something and the epoxy fails you have wasted a lot of time and effort .Seems simple stuff to work with but it’s not.I tried mixing the epoxy and hardener with a few drops of alcohol .thinned the mix and I applied a few thin coats to bottle stoppers with sanding between and they look great.Go very easy with dye as only a few drops in 8 oz totally obscured the wood. Might as well be plastic or concrete.
