The corners of the lid were bent on arrival.Nothing a soft face hammer can’t fix.For the price it should come perfect.Didn’t take photos of damage. If you do buy this box you should be capable of fixing it. But with that it should come with a discount lol

This is what the Knaack Representative informed me when I questioned the quality of the box that I received....."Please return this back to Amazon, I want to help you so bad but Amazon is not an authorized distributor, none of our distributors are allowed to sell any of our product on Amazon. This being said I cannot guarantee that the product being sold is authentic Weather Guard product or something that has already been warrantied for known issues. Without the label on the lid inside of the box this makes this box a little suspect. I have a feeling that this box was one that was supposed to have been field destroyed and was already warrantied then sold on Amazon as new. Once you have returned this box and if you would like to purchase a new one you can purchase these through Grainger, White Cap Construction and Fastenal."

had a bent lid not to bad,got this box to go my rig to old my 100ft cord and my leads works good.

No apparent damage to factory shipping box, interior Styrofoam, or plastic wrapping makes me believe this occurred at the factory and they just said "send it". I have trusted knaack as a go to brand for mobile tool storage and shipping and had I known that this would be a cheap low quality Chinese built box for $250 I probably would have considered a different product. I work remotely and needed a new box so between shipping times and options I won't be returning it. Bent the latch back to intended position but can tell its ultimately now weaker and will probably break off at some point. I would say I became complacent in expecting a high quality product for the price I paid, and from a brand I trusted.

Box came without any dents, secure box.

Put this in my UTV fir basics to keep dry and absolutely love it. Well made and rock solid. Money well spent.
