I've been using this phone case for about a little over a week so far and it's great! I wasable to charge my iPhone X from about 10% battery power to 100% and it only usedabout half of the case's battery power, so I still had extra power left. The case isn't muchthicker than most other protective cases and it still feels good in my hand. The speakerholes at the bottom of the case are a nice touch because it channels the sound up fromthe phone toward your ears rather than down through the bottom of phone toward yourfeet, which is where the speakers on the phone are located.Powerful and super easy to put on and take off. It doesn’t provide enough screen edgeprotection but it’s so easy to put on it’s perfect for around the house when your batteryis low. If you use out all you battery, this is case that you can charge through the holeat the bottom of the case. It’s very considerate and convenient.I thought this one cannot protect my phone before but I think I am wrong, actually itprotects my phone several times from dropping, and I think it will be better that install ascreen protector on it, that is what I do, you can consider this phone case as protectoror charger.My little concern is this the best case for long trip? I believe that I feel a little heavy in mybag, but if I will have long business meeting or longtrip, I definitely bring this one with me. The inside magnet of my phone is not too stickywith my magnet supporter in my car, sometime it may drop when I had a stop sign.Overall, it’s a really practical design and many attractive features for iPhone customers.When you run out of battery without charger, it’s better to bring the more functionaliPhone case than normal one.

Definely look elsewhere when buying this, or maybe I just got a defective one. I’ve found the LUX brand case has been way better. Ive Had this case for two weeks, I would say maybe have used it a total of 5 times, and it’s already completely failing, lighting connection flickers on an off till it looks like my phone is having a seiure. Cleaned it out everywhere it may have a problem and it got worse. Definetly going to be returning this item. Feels ok in the hand though

I took the case out of the packaging and charged it immediately. As a matter of fact I let it charge over night.Upon adding the case to an iPhone XS (iOS 12.0.1), no charging at all. When I connect a lightning cable, the case is receiving a charge but no charge to the phone.So at this point I bought a bulky case for my phone that has no other benefit (ie. extended battery). Definitely will be returning.What a waste.

Purchased this case for a two-week trip to Italy. Our "home base" in Tuscany had very spotty service (we knew this ahead of time) so purchasing a battery case was a must. There are so many to choose from, but I feel as if I purchased the RIGHT one! The case stayed charged for more than 24 hours if you didn't use it, the on/off switch was very helpful and when it did charge, it charged reasonably quickly! I recommend this product.

So far I used this product for three days; however, what I like about it is that it has a 6000mAh Li-Polymer battery. You know what that means? Your iPhone x will always stay charged. You don't have to worry about your phone's battery if you carry this case.When travelling and don't have time to always plug your iPhone to a power outlet, this case will be the best solution.

Disliked that inserting or removing phone often created a screenshot. Also, VERY delicate angle of removal. Don't like possibility of damaging iphone during removal process. Other than that.. great idea. Mine was just not working. I think they forgot to put the connector things on the metal mating plug.

I bought this for my husband when we had to get a new phone. He used it for about 4 hours yesterday and it heated up, drew 50% of the phone battery super quickly, and had to be removed to as not to set his (non-liar) pants on fire. Really disappointed.
