Material is a sturdy and relatively thick metal. Decent weight but not overly heavy. Super easy twist on assembly of the rods with smooth threading. Easily adjustable with the different rod pieces. The ends have a rubber pad so it gives solid grip and won’t mark your walls. I’m not using it as a curtain holder but as an extra bar above my bathtub to hang up and dry clothes I hand wash. If you set the tension correctly it holds up to plenty of weight. Great product.

Wish I bought one of these curtain rods a long time ago. The black finish has a very elegant look to it. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. It’s also thicker than the standard curtain rods. Can’t beat it for the price. Highly recommend.

Cons: it can take a little trial and error to get the tension just right during setup, and the finish could show water spots if constantly exposed to moisture. Overall, this rod looks much more expensive than it is and worked perfectly for a clean, modern bathroom update!

Excellent product. Easy to assemble and adjust. I've tried similar products to this pole before from other companies and frankly they sucked and broke easily, but this one not only requires minimum force to get it secured, but also stays very secure when it's installed. We use a couple of these throughout the house with lighter curtains and they're perfect in their role, in the month or two they've been up they haven't shifted a millimetre.
