I am new to hydroponics. Bought this to grow pot (legally where I live) in a 36x36x72 grow tent. I am very pleased with this system and my plants seem to be thriving. I am growing 4 plants in the DWC system and 3 in soil to compare. So far they are about equal in growth but they are only a week old. The container seems to be well thought out and can be fairly easily lifted when filled. its a good fit for my 36x36 grow tent. Everything you need is included except start-up nutrients. I have minor criticisms. (1) The air stones need suction cups to fix them in an optimal location. (2) The 2 stones appear to be a bit small to provide optimal water and nutrient delivery for all 6 cups (they basically cover 4 cups). (3) The air pump may be a little under powered for the 2 large stones. (4) The instructions are inadequate. No mention of how much to fill it, what water level to maintain as the plants grow, and so on. Its a keeper.

I ordered the Hydroponic Kit for my wife. I started to put it together and noticed there was a component missing. I reached out to SavvyGrow and they immediately sent me the missing piece. I was very impressed with the turn around and customer service. I put the kit together and it works great. I strongly recommend this. product and the company.

Love this system and the company that sells it has great customer service. Sent air stones three times due to them breaking in the mail. The first two times they were not packed adequately to make it through the mail. They were really receptive and actively communicated with me the entire time. System works well, had everything we needed and I would buy it again.

This is a great product even better than I expected. The customer service is beyond excellent. I will order from SavvyGrow again.

The amazon package was good, but inside the product’s package arrived with a broken air stone and the hydron bag had a big hole in it and all the clay pellets spilled. Everything is cover with clay / dust.I don’t know how the product functions, but the delivery gets an F.

I thought this bundle would be a good value, but the quality is severely lacking in the air pump and air stone department. The pump is really cheep quality doesn’t seem like it will last long. The air stones float to the top of the water which keeps them from functioning correctly.

Very helpful new company . My air stones arrived broken . I contacted the company & they replaced the broken air stones promptly..They have also replaced the original air stones with a less fragile type.They have been very helpful with tips & suggestions growing hydroponically.The kit is very easy to set up.If your a beginner at hydroponic growing this is a good way to start.

Needs far better instructions. You Tube has videos, but would have preferred info from kit.
