Properties: Our Restorer capillary emulsion does not need rising. It is formulated based on nonionic emulsifiers, volatile emollients of silicon chains, dimethiconol, silk of oceanic origin and marine plasma. How to use: Before combing, apply 1 or 2 doses of the restorative capillary emulsion on the hair previously dried with a towel to remove excess water, and distribute evenly. No need to rinse.
