Hi Greg, This protein in particular does not come from Grass-Fed cows. We do however, offer Grass-Fed options— simply look for the term "Grass-Fed" in the title to learn which ones come from GF cows. :)

Most individuals with a mild lactose intolerance don't have an issue with the Whey Protein Isolate.
