FOUND THEM! The one I've always used. Short enough for my FINE & THINNING gray hair. Some have complained they don't hold. I beg to differ - I pull in the hair with the comb, pulling it up, clip it closed, then letting the end of the comb rest on the nap of your neck and pull your hair thru until it feels tight, like you do for a ponytail. Sometimes after shampooing, I pull it up and put pin curls around and down the sides, let it dry. Then comb out into a beautiful curly pony mane, even for the next day or two or. a LITTLE hair spray helps in the Oklahoma winds. I love, love, love these clips/combs. Really like the white one.

I really like these for my thin hair. I wish I could get a package of only clear combs to blend in with my blonde hair.

You get what you pay for..do not buy if you have thick hair. They are very flimsy but they hold up okay.

I ordered these to replace years old exact same ones. These new ones are terrible, cheap and I don’t think they will even last a few months compared to the old ones I have had for ages. I’ll be sure and hold on to the old ones for the inevitable breaking. I’ll keep looking at the dollar store.

I had been looking all around town for this style of banana clips. The newer style of hair clips in the stores in our area tend to be too big/wide and wouldn't hold my hair. When I saw these on Amazon, I thought I'd give them a try. They are exactly what I was looking for and they hold my hair back nicely.

I don't even have very thick hair or very much of it, but the bottom clasp will not stay engaged. As you're putting it in trying to clasp the top the bottom pops open. These are not my 80s banana clips
