A bit hard
Product is good however put into consideration that it is a bit stiff and isnโt easy to squeeze if youโre planning on using it for dynamic cupping. If youโre keeping it in one location then itโs not bad. The suction is good. I need to maybe put it in some warm water to soften it.

great if you need a very small size cup
