This is an excellent product. I strongly recommend it. I use it everywhere, at the gym, in the pool and at home. My kids love it. It's got bands with different levels of resistance. It adds resistance where you need as well as support like when I'm doing sit-squads. I found the leaflet attached, very helpful. Clear guidance and 10 imaginative examples of how I could use it. I came up with even more. It's rubber quality I found especially useful when it comes in touch with water. My daily work-out sessions have become much more fun since I bought it. Definitely worth the price.

Excellent Resistance Loop Bands.Arrived quickly, well packed. They come with useful instructions and exercises, and have different thicknesses to cover a range of resistance. I like the little black bag which they come in, makes it comfortable to carry around. Overall very happy with the product!
