After receiving an umbrella that did not work. I wrote a review stating it would not open and I would be sending it back giving it just 1 star.Little did I know someone from Easton Grey products read my review and reached out to me personally. That alone I though was a class act. The umbrella was replaced and works just fine. I'm very happy with the umbrella as I am with Easton Grey. They seem to be very high on customer satisfaction. That was important to me. I was more then willing to give them a second chance.

This is my new review on this umbrella. My husband just loved the features on this umbrella and could not find another with the same features. So he bought another same one again. And it's been doing well and holding up without breaking.

The umbrella seems to be well built. So far so good. I have only had the opportunity to use it once. It was in a really windy rainy storm. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn’t have an auto closing button. Only an open one. Also I had to hold it with two hands to make sure it didn’t blow away. We’ll see how it holds up.

Good sturdy umbrella but the feature to prevent the wind from catching it doesn't really work. The wind flap is tight and the wind doesn't go under it so it has almost blown away on me a couple of times. I still like the umbrella though. It is easy to open and close and the size is just right for me.

Received this umbrella and it is nice! It is a great size, it's sturdy, and the handle is padded so you can hold onto it tight and it will not hurt your hands. We bought the wine color which is a pretty almost burgundy color. Very nice umbrella for the price. Be prepared it is a big size (which I like). It has a slipover cover that has a strap for carrying it over your shoulder. I love it. We may be ordering another one at some point.

Only used it twice and on the 2nd time the button to open and close umbrella broke can't return after Jan.31/21. Took 3 weeks or more to be delivered not right.
