Cheap Product, Very Cheap Seller, Horrible Return Service from Amazon
DON'T BUY THE PRODUCT. YOU'D WANT TO RETURN BUT BOTH THE SELLER AND AMAZON WOULD MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL IN RETURNING THIS PRODUCT.Purchased this sofa bed. Opened slightly from the corner and the couch quality seemed very cheap. The material was very hard.Trying to return this product since over a month. Seller is being very uncooperative and Amazon return services are not being helpful at all.Seller is asking me to carry the huge sofa to the UPS, and Amazon is supporting the seller. A-to-Z claims has not been helpful. The off-shore customer service can't speak English and handling the matter in a very incompetent way.
