Well made, hard for dog to remove.
It fits nicely enough that my French Bulldog couldn't remove it. I didn't like the plastic eye shields as they were too close to his eyes, where abrasion could occur. Nose hole is pretty small, so if offset could cause respiratory issues. Marginal, but if absolutely necessary it's well made and with continuous supervision should be ok. I wouldn't put it on and leave.

This muzzle was a blessing to us. we have shitzu mix breed (19lbs dog) and he snaps sometimes when new people come our house. but he is willing to have the mask on somehow he is more calm and feels safe:)
