Printex Heart Balloon Arch, High Quality

I am an event planner..My role in my business is Specializing in Balloons..I recently purchased 3 Heart balloon arches from Amazon,for an eight-grade prom...the prom was yesterday and I must say that I am completely dissatisfied with the results!!!!!!!...It took nearly 2 hours to set up,due to mislabeled letters on the arch..(For example:to set up this arch...the letters have to match the grooves of the arch..letters were missing)!!also the attachment pole of the bases were extremely wide to support causing the arch itself to lift as soon as the balloons were placed at the bottom..Both my uncles had to attach duct tape around the center and also had to use extra cardboard at the bottom to hold the stand in place..I was horrified!!..and embarrassed because we end up with peculiar looking arches that was suppose to be hearts..Notice:I said I purchased (3)BUT only set up to because we had to pull pieces from the other arch to make it work due to missing letters!!..I would recommend not purchasing at ALL!!!...I really would like a full refund!!!..$150@3/heart arches..Please fill free to contact by email:[email protected].. Looked great but i was a little concerned about its stability so we taped the ends where the poles met.

Cheap quality and breaks easily
