I was waving between giving this a 3 or 4 star review. The build quality and battery life I think are really good. I’ve used mine for several short videos over a couple of months and I’ve only had to recharge once. The blue tooth connection is also good and doesn’t drop out. It’s the steadiness of the video and ease of use that is stopping me giving this a better star rating. It could well be user error but it also seems to have a mind of its own all to often!

I was really hoping the AOCHUAN Smartphone Gimbal would be a great addition to my mobile videography kit, especially with features like the magnetic fill light and its portable, foldable design. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I started using it, the gimbal failed constantly. It struggled to stabilise, frequently lost connection, and simply didn't perform as advertised for smooth video recording. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot and ensure proper setup, the issues persisted, making it unreliable and frustrating to use. Given its consistent inability to function correctly, I had no choice but to return it. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience; it simply wasn't fit for purpose.

It is a great product with so many features for the price I love using the Gimble what a difference it makes to your footage there is no need to spend hundreds of pounds on your first gimble this one is great

I am a YouTuber. I do a lot of locations castles buildings all sorts of stuff. This is my first Gimbal and I must say fantastic piece of equipment. I use the iPhone 12 and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with the gimbal. Advise that you go for the kit version as you get the light, it would be good if you could buy a storage case for the gimbal I just made one but fantastic you will have lots of fun with this fantastic piece of kit I will be buying from this company again sometime, hopefully

The selfie stick had a great design with solid AI features and a stable Bluetooth connection. Unfortunately, the zoom button didn’t work, which was disappointing, so I had to return it. Otherwise, it seemed like a well-made product.

Made quality is really good, doesn't feel cheap plastic at all. Could have some improvements like use it like a simple phone holder but whenever I try to keep it simple and steady the gimbal moves and make the shot difficult to keep at angle I want.Overall is a very good gimbal. And the seller is the best always keen to help and responsive.
