I make a lot of blueberry wine, this makes it fairly strong, not dry (I hate dry wine) plus it keeps the sweetness and taste of the berries very well. My wine comes out clear every time depending on the yeast to sugar ratio it works fast too.

It is working
I chose this yeast because the yeast that comes with the kits doesn't give me a dry wine. Hopefully this one will. Time will tell.
