It's exactly what you were promised
I bought these to improve my strength and feel while playing basketball. As well as a general improvement in hand and forearm strength for lifting weights. It has a nice selection in one box from beginning to a hand strength veteran. The grips themselves are well built and appear like they'll last a very long time. It also comes with paddling to put around the grips which you'll need especially as you go up in resistance because the metal digs into your fingers if you don't. I personally don't mind that part but I know some that do. Now they seem alittle expensive which is the only drawback but if you get them on sale as i did then that shouldn't be a problem. Anyway I recommend because selection, build and does what it promises 😌.

Well worth the price
Considering the price, these grippers have truly impressed me. The knurling is without a doubt my favorite part of the grippers. The knurling is really aggressive, I'd say 2nd only to the CoC. This helps the gripper from easily slipping from your hands, which happens a lot with lower quality grippers. The knurling also makes any existing calluses thicker. Note that if don't have calloused hands yet, using these grippers without the wraps will destroy the skin on your hands. Now, another think I like about these grippers as opposed to the CoC is how thin the handles are. I have small hands for a man, so the thickness of the CoC makes it tough to wrap my hand around it. These grippers make it really easy for men or women with smaller hands to get a nice position. Unfortunately, if you have large hands then this might feel somewhat Uncomfortable for you. Another issue I find with some grippers as a small-handed person is some of them are really wide, having the handles be more far away from each other as opposed to standard grippers. These grippers do have a fair amount of distance between them that feel good for larger hands, but not too much distance that smaller hands can't wrap around them. Last but not least, the weight. The gap between the 50 and the 100 doesn't feel like a 50lb difference. The 100 feels about right, but the 50 feels a little heavier (maybe around 60-75 lbs). The gap between 100 and 125 is most certainly not 25lbs. The 125 feels closer to 140, which makes a difference in a lengthy workout. The gap from 125 to 150 is also inaccurate, with the 150 feeling very close to 125. I think the fault likes in the 125 that's mostly likely heavier than 125, as the 150 feels pretty accurate in weight. The 175 also feels quite accurate in weight, but I'd probably guess that the 200 is actually around 190, since I'm not normally able to close 200lbs with this much ease. Overall, the weight difference isn't an actual issue for me so I won't take any points off. 5/5 feels wrong, but so does 4/5. If it were possible, I'd give it a 4.5/5 and I would and will buy again

Should Be Labeled Better
I picked these up a few days ago to add to my grip strength regime. I'm a chiropractic student, and doing manual therapy/massage all day will make my hands ache by the end of the day. Completely exhausts my hands some days. It will be some time before I can close the 350 Ibs but I can get it to budge.Positives: convenience, product is exactly as described, aggressive knurling (major plus for me), and it came with PLENTY of grip tape if that's your thing.Negatives: the laser engraving for the poundage, at the base of the grips, is exposed and very shallow. After a month in gym/school/work bags, you should expect it to completely wear off. Label them an additional way, if you are so inclined. To their credit, they put a color code on the box, BUT: A. Whose keeping the box? B. Even if I took a picture by the time I'm ready to move up in weight, I won't be able to find it.

Quality product
Good quality, a little tough on the hands at first. Make sure to wrap them good with the tape they send with them. Overall a good product!

Take it slow!
Exactly what my son was looking for to work on his hand strength. After plate & screw placement follow a second break to his arm, he was very concerned about the ability to regain his grip, and PT was not offered. He's very happy with these and is seeing solid results.
