I've been taking this particular brand and this particular, high-quality Vitamin E compound for years. It's the best Vitamin E I can find. It costs more, but there's no point in taking inferior vitamins.

According to Dr. Sherry Rogers book, take vitamin c and these E-gems before bedtime and together they will help clean out your veins. (Her book: "The High Blood Pressure Hoax". Page 37.) Lots of good things come from these E-gems. I highly recommend them.
