Fast response
Called them and received a refund/credit back to Amazon for my faulty Fitbit watch. Only problem was they didn’t refund the tax I paid.

The only thing i\I didn’t like was I had to do everything online. There wasn’t a person to talk to.
It takes time for a claim. They kept me apprised by text when the product arrived, that they were working on it and then they mailed it back. They gave good instructions for mailing an item to them. The repair did not work and I sent the item back. They informed me that it was irreparable and refunded the cost to my amazon account .

Fast payment of covered item
Purchased 2 year coverage for a RingConn 2 which failed after almost exactly one year. Completed filing for refund with Asurion and sent item via UPS shipment. Received Amazon gift card in one day for full cost of item. Awesome service! Only cost $ 28 for coverage.

Peace of mind
Very responsive and easy to work with. Sent my Google watch in because I whacked it and it wasn't tracking correctly. They couldn't fix it and promptly refunded my purchase price. Bought a new watch and several bands for it. And of course, another 2 year protection plan. Totally worth it.

Don't use asurion extended warranty! It's a waste of your $
Impossible to get coverage, purchased 2 year warranty after 6 months watch stopped working contacted asurion was told to contact mfg. Mfg said I have to pay $100 just to find out what the problem is, went back to asurion they told me I have to go to Samsung. I've been trying to get my watch fixed under a warranty I purchased going on 4 hours now, now im back on the phone with Amazon. If I could give a 0 star rating I would
