The media could not be loaded. One of the easiest pills to swallow and doesn’t have a bad taste as it’s in capsule form! Great price and seemed to work perfectly for me!

The various forms of Vitamin K are known to be essential, though deficiencies are rare in adults. What is unclear is the necessary minimum levels for disease prevention or for healthy functioning. For example, without K2, circulating calcium is deposited in soft tissues where it doesn't belong.100mcg is 83% of the current recommended Daily Value for the average adult. Various populations (seniors, children, women, etc) may have different requirements. As with all supplements, the lack of regulation means you have to take a Vendor on faith. And, health benefits may never become apparent unless you happen to have a deficiency. Still, taking a supplement such as this is arguably a sensible preventative despite little research on health benefits of supplementation in healthy adults.I currently take a complex of Vitamin K2 that includes the MK-7 form. It's priced a little cheaper but shipping isn't free and availability has been iffy. These capsules are about the same size: about 5/8" long x 3/16" thick.

Force Factor's website says they were founded in 2009 and are based in Boston, MA. Their products are made in USA, and are sold by many major retailers. The K2 bottle I received had an expiration date nearly 3 years away, printed on the bottom of the bottle. It had a plastic seal around the outside of the lid and a peel-off seal inside. The 100 mcg dosage of MK-7 K2 is comparable to other brands my family has used before.

Definitely an energy booster. Not sure how much they improved my overall health, but i definitely plan to repurchase for the improvement on my energy levels alone!
