As an amateur coffe maker, it works fine for me. I use 3-4 times a day. Makes nice froth for milk and good coffee. Easy to clean.

Coffee maker arrived with Euro plug fitted. Not UK compliant.

I decided not to return this machine and cut off the european plug and fitted a new british plug onto it as tbh it seemed to be a really good machine for the price,well built sturdy & metal.The machine really does do a good job of the coffee making,tasted great,so i have changed my rating to a 3 as i was very dissapointed as my old machine had broke and i wanted a coffee!So tldr is that its a really well built machine that looks good and works well,just a shame about the plug.2nd machine arrived today and once again it has a non british plug on it after i was assured that the replacement would have a british plug on it!?!So totally useless item that i will once again have to return and this time for a full refund not a replacement.Also for anyone saying use an adaptor,no,this is a high pressure machine that will be near my sink area and it is not properly earthed to british safety standards.

I have no idea why this coffee machine isn’t #1 on Amazon. It’s almost half the price of its rivals but works 10X better. I’ve had so many machines from Amazon and none are this good. It does take a little longer to heat up, but that’s because it doesn’t constantly keep the element heated. Meaning it will save you ££ and it keeps the machine cool. I’ve returned 3 of the similar £150 machines over the past 2 years. I’m a heavy user, all because of the seals breaking and the machine starts to leak. These guys fixed that issue with the slight inconvenience of waiting 15 extra seconds. I’m even buying a second one now to keep as a spare. I know the price is going to double soon.

I bought this machine as a present for a friend. On receipt of this present she has tried for several weeks to make it work. The pressure gauge isn't working and it makes a banging sound when trying to pour the coffee before it turns itself off. When the water does pour it is intermittent and only fills about half the amount before shutting down. The steamer is also problematic steams for about two seconds then makes a banging sound and shuts down. Extremely disappointed

The media could not be loaded. This item has arrived with a cracked water tank. The piece that was broken is the one that holds the lid together. The machine had an EU outlet not UK. When I turned it on, it beeped once and then turned off. Afterwards, it did not work and respond whatsoever. Faulty item and bad delivery/packaging.

Would have been better if it had an English plug rather than a shaver plug. So had to spend more money before I could use it!

I expected a 20 bars machine, never saw it over 5 bars. Returned as the coffee was bland and without almost any cream, maybe it was just faulty.
