Modern Convenience

Wireless charging failed immediately
The wireless charging on the top worked for about an hour, now nothing (2 hours later). The outlets seem to work fine, just frustrating it failed so fast.Pros - installation was incredibly simple

Neat! But could be better......
We remodeled our kitchen and needed a place for power on our countertop since we lost some receptacles when we eliminated our bi-level peninsula. This was the perfect solution. We get a lot of “wows” when friends see it for the first time. Pros: slimline when pushed down, 3 120V plugs and 2 USB outlets. Cons: it’s plastic. For the price point, I think it should be made sturdier. Wish it came with a gasket that goes between the surface you’re installing it in and the device. Lastly, it’s only rated for around 9amps, so I won’t be able to plug anything into that has a heating element (coffee maker, crockpot, etc.) overall the concept is awesome, but has room for improvement.

One outlet died but dealing with
This is a decent pop-up that compliments our kitchen well. The top outlet is shot/died after 1-1/2 years newly installed. It could be due to using a counter top toaster oven in that particular outlet and the power is too much for it. Not sure. I am buying a backup one in case the whole pole goes soon and staying with this one because our stone counter is cut to fit this one in particular.

Great product for the price!
This is the second version (on two different projects) I’ve used from this manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised with the first one which was a pull up style and stumbled upon this auto rising version. I couldn’t be happier. It works flawlessly and for 1/4 the price of the competition. The seamless flat cover is a nice upgrade from the previous version. I located it in a quartz waterfall island; goes very well with the modern look.

Great buy and worth every penny!!
We love this. It was built into our counter top and so far works excellent! What a great addition to our kitchen. And it’s sleek and elegant.
