What a nice pillow! This pillow arrives folded up and needs to be opened and aired for 48 hours. After that it can be used. It feels very light and delicate but when you put your head on it the pillow feels very soft and comfortable. The good thing is that it does not 'give' too much so you can maintain your head in a good position. I felt good sleeping on my sides and back. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pillow!

Very good quality and very comfortable. The only comment I have is that I wish if the pillow was a little bit harder. Still, I am quiet happy with my purchase.

Really nice, I tried different wave pillow over the years and this is the only one that is firm, but soft enough not to give me neck ache after few days of usage. Def worth to try if is going to be the one for you too. Quite heavy, but fit, just, in a std pillow case. 2 different hight of the endind for different size of people. I use the small, the other one it is too high.

Had neck issues and this one, for me at least, does the job. Not for people looking for a soft, squishy type pillows. This one holds its ground. I would describe it as medium-hard softness.

Slightly on the soft side but this may be personal preference. It's nice and big so won't fit a standard pillow case. According to the Amazon description it is made from "a viscoelastic polyurethane foam". I gather polyurethane releases airborne toxins so I regret this purchase and no longer use the pillow.

My neck was hurting for 3 days, after that I got used to it. It is awesome. You could sleep comfortably in any position, unlike others designed for only one position, which is not normal as you constantly change position during sleep. Highly recommend it for anyone with neck problems

Pillow when received was too soft for me, not enough support. So I decided to return. The real saga however occured on trying to return it. Paid good money to return it to Italy recorded delivery, never received a full refund from seller even though item shown as delivered. Amazon only partially effective at resolving the situation to put it kindly, suggest exercising extreme caution when buying from this seller, and from Amazon generally where it's from a third party.

The best pillow ever. Cannot recommendation it enough to all my friends and family. I have bought many memory foam pillows and all of them were too hard on my neck. This on contrary is perfect and quite soft that truly adapts to your sleeping position.

Après plusieurs semaines d'essais des oreillers je peux confirmer les différents commentaires effectués sur cet article. Ils sont moelleux dans leur consistance et pourtant le maintien est très présent tout au long de la nuit. Effectivement pas de sensation de chaleur grâce aux trous d'aération. Les nuits sont complètes, sans micro-réveil ou gène car l'oreiller s'adapte aux mouvements et en plus il est suffisamment large. Entière satisfaction pour ce produit de qualité, sans odeur et qui reprend sa forme initial immédiatement. J'aurais bien aimé tester celui en forme de vague qui doit-être légèrement moins épais grâce à sa forme (dommage que les tarifs soient différents). Conclusion, vous pouvez sans hésitation commander ce produit, livraison rapide et bonne communication avec le vendeur.

I have used this pillow for eight months. I purchased it because I was having neck and shoulder pain when I awoke most mornings. I have finally found the best pillow for me. After trying so many other expensive pillows I feel this one is a bargain. I am grateful for the relief it has brought me and I plan to order another.

THIS pillow is what I've been looking for material and feel wise. However, it was too low for my side sleeping as I prefer my head lifted just a tad and the actual height of the pillow I received was about an inch too low, it was less that 4" though touted to be 4.7" which it was not so unfortunately I had to return it... so back to my endeavor to find a replacement for my pillow I purchased several years ago that is no longer in production :(... but with the softness of this one I really wanted it to work!
