Simplifying my travel kit
This is part of my process to optimize my travel cable box. Now I just carry a USB C PD supply, USB C cables and a variety of adapter. This requires a sufficient PD port and so far has worked perfectly for a company laptop that I occasionally travel with.BT recommends

Clever but may not have enough power from the USB side
Clever, but not a 100% solution to me. The problem is that USB-C Power Delivery maxxes out at 100w currently (that's a standard). The Lenovo models use 145w. For casual use, you may not notice and appreciate the weight savings as a road warrior. So it's clever and it saves space, but it's not charging at full power. Not the manufacturer's fault, but just making you aware if you're a power user.

It works
USB - c conversion works. 100 watts no problem.
