Im new to this.. do you do these steps to each nail individually or the full hand?

Paint full hand with bottom coat - put hand under UV lamp 60-90 seconds, paint full hand 1st coat color - put hand under UV lamp, paint full hand 2nd coat color - put hand under UV lamp, paint full hand with top coat - put hand under UV lamp -done.

How is this brand and how is the quality？

I use Beetle gel polish exclusively. It’s actually a great brand other than the fact that less is more when painting nails bc the polish bleeds a tad. Colors are exactly as promised.

Does the gel nail polish dry quickly?

Like all gel nail polishes, it needs a UV light which comes with this kit. It takes 90 seconds or more to cure.
