I normally dont write a review, but it took me years and lots of research and now this is the only adapters where i can you all of my canon L glass on my Sony A7iii with video autofocus. Metabones and other so-called high end brands can't even touch this feature. The only cons you will notice ad might bother you is that sometimes you have to detach and attach the adapters with lens again in order to get it functions. It really dont bothers me at much after i got used to compares to manual focus.

I am able to use all my EF mounts on my Sony A6300, but it takes forever to focus in live mode... if it even does. Nor does the adapter allow you to back focus. Image Quality is great... but... other then that... I wish I purchased a high end Metabones adapter.

Updating the firmware was incredibly clunky, the app didn't work, and once I finally found the actual file to download I had to download additional software to open it. After that the adapter doesn't even work it just hunts for focus going in and out of focus but never finding it.

The autofocus for photos is pretty solid. Not perfect or as fast as native glass. But pretty good. Less great for video so don’t have super high expectations. This depends on which canon glass you have though. They have a full compatibility list on their website as well as a forward update so check it out! I got this because I didn’t want to let go of my canon 50mm STM 1.8 😂 but I also want some other canon glass in the future.

Keeps glitching on my Sony A7RV Auto focus does NOT work at all, and it keeps freezing up my camera to the point I have to remove the battery to even get it to start working again. Sending it back.

I use this for sports video, shoot on wide aperture so as to not worry about autofocus (Sony A7III with Canon 200-400)

This is an inferior product if you need autofocus. Even in APS-c mode, it will work only with manual focus and if you install the firmware update version 1.9, it will fail altogether. It has no real product support as the vendor website is terrible. Do not buy this product.
