I cut these and tossed the USB-A connectors. I only needed them to extend with additional wire and feed power with buck converters. I have a 12v outdoor rail for my LED halo outside my house, and with a buck converter, some diodes, and these cables, I was able to integrate my Ring camera effortlessly with my system. The barrels fit the camera, the polarity of the wiring matches, and everything just works. The quality of the insulation and sleeve is decent, it's not flimsy Chinese rubber-plastic that can be easily picked apart.The $3.33/ea price is a little high for the materials used in the product, and one could probably accomplish what these do at 1/10 the price repurposing stuff from a salvage/thrift shop. But that's the DIY'er in me talking. I'm perfectly happy to pay ten bucks for a few of these to hack up and use in projects. In my book, that's a totally reasonable balance of price, value, and convenience. So the 5/5 is a given here.

I ordered several of the small soda can sized rechargeable portable bug zappers last Summer to keep on the floor of my shed during termite swarms. The supplied 3-ft cords didn't leave much option for placement. The 6-ft cords fit perfect since the lights use a round connector rather than a micro or USB C connector. Very pleased with the quality, fit and length!

Connectors all feel nice and snug without being too tight. When plugged into typical USB-A wall wart, follows conventional polarity protocol of (+) tip and (-) barrel. Works well with extremely minimal loss of voltage over length due to very little internal resistance. Nice strain relief molded into connector/cord junctions with nice thin flexible cords to negotiate various curves/pathways between devices and power source.

I use a small red light as a nightlight but the cord broke at the plug. Happy to find this replacement that works great to charge my light!

Handy, longer length for moving Christmas gizmos.I have some different power cords from Amazon with braided armor and mugh stronger plugs on each end.Too bad Amazon doesn't stock those; I needed several.These do get the job done but don't step on the connectors.Wood look elsewhere next time.

My Ooma Telo's power supply died, so I went looking for a replacement. I found several no-name replacements, which I'm not comfortable leaving plugged in 24x7. So I tried one of these with an Amazon 12w USB power supply. WORKS PERFECTLY! Any USB power supply rated 2.0a and above should work fine. The size is technically off by a TINY bit with the Ooma spec, but it fits perfectly. So my wife still has our old land line number to cling to but never use, and the telemarketers still have a friendly answering machine to talk to.

Great price and works as expected. Needed a longer cord a tabletop Christmas tree decoration, since it came with only a 3 ft cord. These are exactly what I needed and they work great.

After a couple months routine. use, the cable jacket separated from the Lightning end piece on two of these cables. We were able to keep working with them by taping the cables or fitting on a soft plastic gripper. So perhaps less of a defect than you get what you pay for.
