After getting noticeable results from spending time barefoot in the garden (mainly in the reduction of overnight bathroom visits) I bought this when the weather got colder. Unfortunately it doesn't do anything at all. I only needed to spend 30 mins in the garden to see a difference whereas I spent nearly 3 hours with my feet on this and nothing. I tested that the socket was earthed and it was. This has put me off getting a sheet which is what I was going to do next. Disappointed.

Yes does what it is designed for, I use it at the moment for the dog to sleep on, and yes Toby has improved in health since sleeping on it.

Been using it for 2 or so weeks now and at first I did feel like I could notice a difference. I felt a touch more energised on just 6.5 hours of sleep than I normally would. But now I'm not so sure.It does work as I checked with a volt meter so it can't be doing any harm by using it so I will continue to use it.

Washed the mat in soap water 3 times and it still stinks horrendously. Makes the bottoms of my feet itch after a while. Smells like it's covered in chemicals. Still the best mat I have found in terms of grounding purposes though. Too bad about the smell.
