It's firm enough to really help work out sore muscles, but still comfortable enough to use after a tough workout or long day. I use it on my legs, back, and shoulders, and it does a great job helping relieve tightness and improve recovery. Picked this up for post-workout recovery and stretching, does exactly what it needs to. It's firm without being brutal, good pressure for rolling out sore legs, back, whatever's tight that day. The 24 inch length is nice since it works for bigger areas like your back without feeling too short. Holds up well, hasn't lost its shape or gotten mushy even with regular use. No weird foam smell either which I appreciated out of the box. Nothing fancy about it, it's just a solid, no-frills foam roller that gets the job done. Great if you don't want to overspend on something with fancy vibration features and just need something reliable for basic recovery. Would recommend.

Good foam roller. However far too firm for me when use to roll along side and front of legs to help with knee pain.

Well worth the money. The material is great for stretching out my back. I get pops and cracks and great relief when using after workouts. For me personally I find it the right support and firmness soft enough to not hurt, and firm enough to get the job done. You can decide how much pressure you want with how much weight you focus and allow. For sore areas and knots you can take some pressure off and gradually ease it over. I feel much better after using it and don’t walk around with back pain feeling like in needs adjusted. It’s like your personal chiropractor at home and for a great price! I got the 24 ft and I like the size. Its big enough to do the whole body without having to balance when laying down, and easy to store. 5 stars and recommend for anyone, looking for back relief especially, after workouts or in general after a day at work!

Performance & Use I use this almost every day, especially after leg workouts. It really helps loosen up my legs, and I find it especially useful before squatting to get everything warmed up and moving better. Feel & Quality For the price, the quality is surprisingly good. It feels firm, supportive, and durable—not soft or flimsy. It holds its shape well and provides solid pressure. Value You honestly can’t beat this for the price. It’s effective, well-made, and performs just as well as more expensive rollers. Final Thoughts It’s able to support me in the foam material is good quality. If you’re looking for a no-frills foam roller that gets the job done, this is an excellent choice. I love it and highly recommend it.

It is a nice size roll. It has allowed me to continue my PT exercises at home flawlessly.

Before I begin: the only reason I gave a four star rating for travel is only because I think you can’t travel with it on an airplane, (it would be too tricky to try to fit into a suitcase) but for car rides then it’s 100% great. Okay what you need to know is that I work two jobs, one of them a at a restaurant so I’m on my feet all day and I’m constantly running up and down stairs. Plus whenever I get stressed I feel all that stress right in my back. Which means that my legs and back always get sore. Yoga can only do so much. Anyhow I’m telling you buy this. I have the 24 inch one. When it first arrived I honestly thought that they forgot to put the roller in the package it’s so light weight. The other thing is that it’s on the harder side. At first I was worried that the hard foam would hurt but the hard is what makes it good. What I mean is, when I’m sore and in some pain I need something that will really workout those knots and get down to business. If this roller was soft I don’t think it would be as effective. It would be like using a soft pillow to workout a sore knot. Does that make sense? Also I’m sorry this review was so long but I didn’t want to leave anything out and my back feels so much better.

Bought in April and don’t use as often as we like. I recommend just splurging on the kind with ridges, but this is pretty standard and will do the job
