Excellent Desktop Computer, very fast with the SSD option and i7 processor.I was unfortunate and my machine had a noisy fan, I contacted Punch who immediately sent a collection note and then kept me informed about the repair. I believe it was a power supply fault and nothing to do with the build quality. The fault was not immediately noticed, only after a couple of days did it come to be annoying.I could not fault Punch Technology in the way they dealt with me, if all manufacturers and suppliers had such good customer services the world would be a better place.

I needed a custom i5 so went direct. Ordered Wednesday night about 7pm, arrived Friday same week, rang for help to initialize data drive at 7:30 pm and the engineer talked me through in a couple of minutes. These guys are friendly, helpful, available and know their stuff.. the box is quiet, fast (SSD in PCI-e) and win10 upgraded to creator smoothly without issue. Buying from them is how buying should be.. Overall 10/10 Highly recommended.
