Timeless: Awaken Online

What a fantastic story! I really can't wait for the next book. I really did not see that ending. Mind blown. Keep up the great work.

Great story. I wasn't expecting the path it took. But many hot these stories have been like that. I enjoyed it.

I dropped everything to pick this book up when it launched and I am not sorry! The story was solid, full of action and intrigue, and it really fleshed out Jason in a way that I feel the other books did not. We get a glimpse not of him 'becoming' but of what he has now fully become as both a player and a person. The insight and lore dropped around the gods and their history filled in a number of blanks for me that the previous entries didn't and them that ending... wonderful writing Mr Bagwell, thanks for this entry!

10 Books deep, I admit I'm hooked. I'm a fan, I know it, I acknowledge it. With that said, this book in particular had a surprising amount of repetition in the writing. Little bits like, "an absurd amount of time," for example. Maybe that was intentional given the theme of this entry, but other than that, the story is still wonderful, and we see a lot of progression of the setting. I get the feeling the series might be over soon.. A bittersweet feeling we approach a climax, but that the end comes soon thereafter.Of course, worth a read, and if you're this deep into the series, you're going to read it anyway, so enjoy!

I need more! I tend to read these books in one or two sittings and have already reread the series multiple times as we’ve gotten further from the starting place where these characters began. Excellent world building and amazing stories as well as character development. I’m just biding my time until someone gets smart and spins this off into an entire franchise of films and video games. I’d LOVE to play AO as a complete random character that has the opportunity to join one of these affinities and be led by (or destroyed by) Jason and his crew then maybe take a break from the game to watch a serial about our favorite characters before picking up the next book in the series. Even Jason’s tongue in cheek quote about liking, subscribing and following from this installment made me wish that there was more than just waiting (im)patiently until the book is released. Prime needs to make this a series soon!

This was my least favorite book by Travis Bagwell but even a least favorite book of his is still amazing. I found myself instantly drawn back into the story as I began reading timeless. I found the new earth avatar character to be a bit hard to like and the plot did get a bit convoluted in spots though overall it was still a great read.. The ending was amazing and not something I saw coming at all and leaves me eagerly awaiting the release of the next book.

I never expected the story going in a different direction like this to be better than the last, but it was. Really liked where you took it, and glad it was not a stand alone.

Getting transported to another world where they’re blessed with magical abilities? Let’s be real, if any of that actually happened, how would those stories turn out? “They’d get their ass handed to them,” she answered immediately, smacking the barrel she was leaning against to reinforce their point. “I mean, c’mon. Getting transported to a fantasy world? 99% of our would-be ‘heroes’ would be dead within the first ten minutes.”What can I say? These books just keep getting better and better with each release. Can't wait for the next one!

Most LITRPG I read has a good story, but few deal with the real world fallout.I like the way that the real world is affected by in game And vice versa.

Changes and revelations to both the Awaken Online game world and the real world provide higher stakes than previously imagined.The introduction of the final avatar coincides with an adventure outside of the main game whilst servers are down. Of course, Jason's server downtime is somewhat different to what you might expect. The other avatars also cook up some hijinx resulting in a jaw dropping revelation.Looking back, it's almost strange to think I have read/listened to so many books. The Awaken Online Series as akin to a superb TV show where suddenly you get to the 100th episode and it's still going strong!As always, I am enthusiastically awaiting the next book to be released!

This is by far one of the best in the series. Travis has outdone himself with Timeless. Beautifully ingrained the earth avatar and the main plotline and what a rollercoaster journey. Wish I can also make time move forward and get the next installment..

The book didn't start or finish how I expected, with some surprisingly dark twists along the journey that I loved.I'm very intrigued with how the story will continue in the next entry after that ending.

I've been excited for this book for awhile. It answered a lot of my own suspicions about what was happening behind the scenes, but this book opened up so many more questions and I love it.Great Payoff.
